Hubby and I had a small wine store for a few years until some large retailer moved in literally around the corner from us and put us out of business. Think “You’ve Got Mail”, but with wine instead of books and I didn’t fall in love with our competitor.
Now I do some freelance photography. Plus I design and make tote bags, wine gift bags and other accessories, available on my website.
We've just created a new website called The Vermont Cheese Shop where you can find some of the finest Vermont artisan and farmstead cheeses on the web!
Two weeks ago today I won the bid for the auction of this camera on eBay. In the seller's description it stated that the item would be shipped within two days of receipt of payment. I paid immediately and looked forward to the email saying it was shipped. After the end of the second day, I sent an email. No response. Three days later I sent another email, not harassing, just questioning. I got a response saying "Sorry I didn't get the previous email. Your item has shipped. I'll send tracking info when I get home". I waited. Nada. I sent yet another email a few days later. Still no response. Last Friday I sent my final email, and still didn't get a response. So I filed a dispute with eBay Saturday morning. The camera arrived today. I looked on the package to see when it was shipped...a full 4 days after they told me it had already shipped.
I didn't leave negative feedback because I received the item, but you be damned sure I left neutral feedback with details of why it wasn't positive. I won't be buying from that seller again.
